Im sure all 26 girls will have a great equitable experience

The 2010 team has 26 girls. A smaller number than rumored on this cesspool came from Union[/quote
Did you look at the ECNL roster on the website?

25. With 5 from Union.

2010 ECNL will be interesting to watch through the spring. They will either be serious contenders or they have a big mix of egos between both players and parents that could destroy the team. Not having KL to play favorites anymore is a huge plus.

NM will play favorites too. It’s just different favorites.

Do we have confirmation that SM is still coaching the younger Bethesda boys?

There is 22 players on the ECNL website for the 2010 Bethesda team.

Our team is more unorganized with practice times and locations than the last two years. Is this happening with other BSC teams? We are on a 1st team.

Yes. The practice times and locations are a disaster—posted late and change constantly. Really hard for parents.

Yep. Also too many indoor practices even in September!! The new Bethesda facility is tiny and in a terrible location.

It’s small but at least it’s there. Sometimes an option for bad weather. Only 1st teams have the regular indoor training though. DC is 2nd team and it’s been rare. Definitely not in Sept. But I would prefer indoor regularly to the changing school fields, Bretton Woods which is often closed, and changing times and days of week. It’s the days of week that is the worst because even on 2nd team, you can’t have another activity. It’s crazy. And we all just sit there and pay for it!

Anyone remember several years back when they played up what turned out to be a single grass field without lights at Washington Episcopal like it was a game changer?

Yes can confirm FFS. SM is the best coach in this region right now. There is no one like him. Bethesda is the right place for him and they need him!!! Best club in the area and he’s by far the best coach.
