The FEC chairman has expertise as it pertains to campaign contributions. You would think most judges would want the jury to hear that expertise.

He will not allow testimony from a former FEC chairman about what constitutes campaign contributions but he will allow testimony from a felon and serial liar about what is a legal NDA.

If the jury has been paying attention there will be no need for an appeal. Bragg and company have not identified a crime. In fact the one crimes we have heard about are those committed by Cohen. Including embezzlement
