Only if your kid got into an Ivy in last 5 yrs. - how'd you do it?

Also, A is competing against some very wealthy and politically-connected kids in her private school. B may be competing against similar kids, but they aren't such a high percentage of his class.

It was real hard to get straight As (or 95% average in my private school).... A is a figment of your imagination...or a bush league private school.

I've posted several times on this thread. I would like to say that DC misses public school even though he feels more challenged academically in private. He thinks public is more real and diverse and interesting.

Then why don't you send him back to public pp and save your money? That makes no sense to complain instead of taking action and moving back to public.

As I wrote, he feels more challenged academically. So it's worth the money. I was not complaining. It's a statement of fact.

I groom my children. I started when they were born. Many teachers and parents of other children always ask me about my children and how we do it. Parenting is hard work, but truely fun.

With all the inquiries I'd better not mess with success.

I groom my dogs.

I'm sure your dogs are well behaved and perform marvelously. Try grooming with your kids and they might get to Ivy.

We have learned alot about man from animal research. But, I'm positive you know nothing about zoology or anthropology.

I'm sure if the poster spent 1/10 of the time she spends grooming her dogs (poodles) on grooming her children they might just have a sporting chance at Yale.

Yup. Oddly, she seems to be on DCUM constantly. Her kids must be neglected. I suppose it's actually a good thing that she's insulting us and not them. But really, she is a sad sack.

And with your Ivy aspirations, I'm surprised that you have problems with spelling and embrace the use of the sexist term, man, when mentioning humankind.

Furthermore, why you feel the need to bring up zoology or anthropology is perplexing, as neither have anything to do with the OP's topic - unless, of course, you're planning on grooming your child for either of these two fields.

Simply put - could you be an idiot? Or perhaps you were hit in the head one too many times today as you shoveled your 20+ inches of snow blanketing your driveway.

No, perhaps not. . .

But you better start messing with Spell Check, Yalie flunky.
