Jon Benet Ramsey - I believe it was the mother but I want to know why and what happened. And I want to know who staged everything. I tend to believe that the father was in on the staging.

Where was this? What year?

"On March 24, 1998, Amy Lynn Bradley went missing from a cruise ship en route to Curacao from Aruba. Although the disappearance of Amy Lynn Bradley did not initially generate the same media response precipitated by other cruise ship disappearances (like those of George Smith or Rebecca Coriam), over time the baffling circumstances of her case and repeated accounts of her being sighted throughout the Caribbean have elevated the mystery surrounding her fate to a high-profile incident.

Additionally, a sinister photograph, purportedly of Amy, surfaced on a maturely-themed website in 2005 and added fuel to the theory that the missing woman was forced to sell her body. Around 20 years after her mysterious disappearance, theories about what happened to Amy Lynn Bradley only add to the uncertainty and dread surrounding one of the most disturbing missing persons cases in history"

His widow remarried a few years ago. She knows more than she has admitted. Something is very evil about her.

The child wet her bed and the mother got angry and slammed her. She rationalized it by thinking:

-- I have already lost her and suffered enough

-- everyone thinks I did it anyway

I know this is an old post but maybe you're still following the thread. Have you ever seen the movie Bitter Blood? It was on Lifetime years ago and Kelly McGinness played Susie Newsom Lynch.

I was a teen back then, living with my parents a few miles away.

I remember this too. A few years ago MCPD tried to solve it as a cold case.

I would like to know what happened to the little girl who was taken from an apartment complex party room during a Christmas celebration in Northern VA back in the 80's. I think her name was Melissa or maybe that was the mom's name.

The police found the killer, it was the maintenance man but her body has never been found.

There was an article in the Post a few years back that her mom still holds out hope and has kept the same phone number just in case.

Melissa Brannen. It was 1989 and I had just recently moved to the DC area and remember hearing about this story. She was at the party, went to get some potato chips and was taken from the party, never to be seen again. Her convicted killer, Caleb Hughes, is going to be released from prison in August. When he is released, he will have served 29 years.
