I think Morgan is going to teach them all (Ricks group and Alexandria) to be civilized again.

+1 Rick has always done better with a Hershel type; he needs and respects a voice of reason.

We did not see what Aaron & Daryl saw re: the reference about seeing people doing bad things last night(?). The last episode they saw a light in the distance, we didn't see anything from that, correct?

Also, I wondered if Rick really shot Pete or if he shot the soon-to-turn-into-a-zombie dead husband. But everyone seems to think it was Pete.

If I were the Alex. people, not sure I'd believe Rick didn't bring the walkers in even with someone saying Gab. was suppose to shut it.

At the trailer trap, those were the fastest walkers ever.

Why would the wolves write that on the car? If anyone had any knowledge of them they would avoid the area.

You didn't miss much. They just showed the red poncho guy as a walker shuffling across the parking lot and the car where Daryl & Aaron sought shelter was spray painted "Wolves Not Far".

I loved last night show. Most especially because both Glenn and Daryl are still alive! At one point I thought each of them was going to be a goner. For the PP who thought that maybe Rick killed the husband before he turned into a zombie, good catch I never even thought that. However I think he killed Pete, by the look of surprise or disappointment on Morgan's face.

Love love Carol! Very happy to see that Michonne is still team Rick. After Nicholas' failed attempt on glenn, I hope he becomes Glenn's biggest supporter since Glenn let him live, something I am not sure I would've done.

So what is the purpose of the wolves trap? Just for fun?

I thought it was interesting how Deanna, with all her highfalutin ways and who thought that Rick was so awful, was fully supportive of Rick killing Pete after Pete accidentally killed her husband. She certainly changed her tune up quickly when it was her own that was impacted. I do not trust her.

^^ I am the PP. Back to Deanna - to elaborate. While she was okay with Pete beating Jesse, and knowing that DV can escalate to Jesse's possible death, Deanna was okay with keeping Pete because he was a surgeon and the community needed a surgeon. However, when his violent nature surfaced and he accidentally killed her husband - THEN she wanted him dead. Again, I do not like or trust her.

A poster from that site highlighted some of Carol's best moments in this episode. Copied below.

We all need to take a minute to properly appreciate the awesomeness that was Carol's dialogue in this finale. Rarely has one character had so many great lines in a single episode:

"Because these people are children, and children like stories."

"We still have knives, that's all we'll need against them."

"You said you don't want to take this place, and you don't want to lie? Aww, sunshine, you don't get both."

"Come at me. No? Yea? No."

"I want my dish back clean when you're done."

"People like me, people like us, we need people like him."

And it's not just the writing, Melissa McBride delivers each of these lines in understated perfection. She's my favorite character on the show now; sorry, not sorry Daryl!

I'm forecasting several deaths next week... Too many characters, they can't keep them all. While Glen was alive at the end, I think he was bit. I also think maybe Maggie dies in whatever battle ensues with the wolves. I really hope I'm wrong, love those two!

Pastor has to go. He had issues before he met the group. He let the zombies in. We'll see how they deal with him, my guess is send him out, the wolves find him and zombie him comes back to the town.

We haven't seen Judith much, which makes me afraid for her future. Maybe the good pastor thinks she's better off dead?

Ugh.... The finale is one of those episodes where I think I would rather watch it right before next season starts, but that would mean avoiding people, Facebook, Huffpost, and a variety of other websites... I'm guessing a death count of 3 from the "core" group. Guess we'll see!

You mean next fall? lol... and I also thought Glen was bit, they didn't show how he escaped the walkers...

Ah I thought we had one more episode before the finale.

So glad to have Morgan join the group! But there is one question that has been nagging me about him; remember when he first reappeared and he was following the marks carved in the trees? An X with a circle around it, who was marking the trees and why? (Or does it even matter? Lol) Maybe a trap set by the Wolves to lure people?

Glad Daryl & Glenn both survived, I was worried about Glenn especially with Nick's personnal vendetta against him, but I am wondering if Glenn escaped those walkers unscathed? Maybe bitten and it won't be revealed until next season?
Next season is sooo far away! I can't wait that long! Hopefully the spinoff this summer lives up to expectation and can tide me over until Fall.

The Xs on the trees were drawn by the canibals, the terminus group who ate Bob's leg.
