Things I hate on homes

Strongly prefer hardwood w/area rugs over wall-to-wall carpeting.

To be fair, the hazards weren't known at the time. You can probably find similar patterns and colors today if you like it that much, but they won't have the asbestos.

On Cape Cod, we use crushed shells. Pretty!


I love the "tabby" they use in South Carolina.
