There are plenty of single not so good looking women who would date American men, but incels think they deserve the hot woman. Same for women; there are plenty of men who would date them, but some have unreasonable expectations in a man. My DH is from the UK. He is tall, somewhat objectively good looking, earned good money when we met. But, he didn't have a great body. My British female friend was adamant that she wanted a tall man with a full head of hair and a good body. She ended up with a European guy who didn't make a lot and was bald.

Very very very few of us can get everything we want rolled into one person. Have realistic expectations.

That said, I do think that women have become way more independent and so they can be choosier, and clearly, some men are having a hard time with that.
