Great way to turn the American people against their military. We We pretty much all could appreciate the armed services we all could appreciate their service. Now the disaster in Chief had to go and ruin that. He just ruins everything.

What a total waste of time for our Marine corps. We pay our taxes to have a fighting force like the Marines and insult them by assigning guard duty in Los Angeles against some twerps throwing rocks and some home Depot workers? It's embarrassing demoralizing and also dangerous.

The Marines aren’t exactly busy these days.

Marines did not sign up to go out and terrorize Americans. They signed up to protect this country.

Regular police are good for abortion clinics. However, here Newsom and Bass had the local law enforcement refuse to help.

However, if you can, do a little searching and reading, you’ll discover that 99.99% of the people in LA are just going about their business. Eating at restaurants (that still have employees), going to work, being stuck in traffic. There is no emergency that requires the presence of the military. Are people mad? Of course, they see their neighbors and employees and student parents and students being abducted and sent away. People are RIGHTFULLY mad. However, there is no riot that needs to be put down by force. This is a creation of Trump, please and simple.

I have the feeling (and have read interviews with veterans backing this up) that the Marines hate it, too. From what I understand the NG was sent for 29 days instead of 30 so that fewer benefits have to be paid. They are sleeping on the ground with no food while the scummy ICE agents sleep in hotels, probably ordering room service. Now the military gets to go be errand boys for them?

I have been in LA since Wednesday. It's been quiet and beautiful. Some protesters holding up signs. Lots of honking to support them.

Yep the US military can never again say they protect our freedoms. They are now an occupying army working with DHS to overthrow the elected government of California.

Well they can’t detain or arrest illegals because of the president’s order. So now they are going after US citizens? Illegals have more rights vs US citizens in this country. What the f?

Oh these are the same people who refused to go after the Jan6’ers. They are happy to arrest the elected officials in California and round up US citizens. These LEO and military are the problem. They are lawless and operating outside the US constitution.
