Fannie's cut last week was focused on ethics DEI and climate. Deeper cuts across the board not happening yet

FHFA director reveals shocking accusations against fired Fannie Mae employees

Latest video on Fox News. Looks like the main intent was to bring employees back to office 5 days a week. These are very profitable companies, so larger cuts for operational efficiencies may not be in their plan.
They already got rid of DEI, climate and fraud. I don’t see them laying off employees without any reason.

I still don’t think he’s realized that Fannie and Freddie employees are not government employees after his latest performance on Fox News. I don’t even think Laura Ingraham believed him. Pulte needs to get out of government and back to fighting with people on X and tweeting about meme stocks.

I don’t think they can end the conservatorship this year. This would atleast take 1.5 to 2 years…are they going to merge the twins into one private company? I have heard about sovereign wealth fund also. Not sure what is that.
