If Biden would close the border and stop the overwhelming immigration democrats would never lose

The GOP cheats in a thousand different ways to weaken Democratic wins.

And FFS Biden is doing everything within the law to close the border. It is the GOP that wants to keep people riled up about immigrants and refuses to legislate. They whine and cry and carry on, but they won’t legislate. The Democrats introduced legislation but the GOP batted it down, because if they fix the problems, what are they going to whine about?

Why would the GOP need to legislate.? There's legislation on it already. That the DNC refuses to enforce law on the books isn't a legislative problem.

Dp - the DNC doesn’t enforce laws.

I know you're trying to be cute, but that's OK. Maybe it's time for the RNC to tell certain states to declare sanctuary cities on gun purchases and no longer run background checks.

It's really getting time to fight fire with fire. Don't want the rule of law? Let's do it in both directions.

Would rednecks rampage throughout big cities? Some would, but the center would hold. Plus, don't think the billionaire class would be crazy about the economic and tanking, as well as those with 401ks. Tax revenue collapses, how do you fund all of this?

President Trump would need to unleash an epic Night of Long Knives right away. Have the Proud Boys and similar groups take out his enemies openly and violently, the way Pablo Escobar used to terrorize the people of Colombia. Then say "you know, who knows who did this, I hear Antifa".

America would learn that the President means business, and that if you don't watch what you say and watch what you do that you're going to get it.

Follow up with some more selective violence against people slow-walking their work and other passive aggressive activity meant to hurt President Trump. By spring you'll have a compliant nation with people who just want to get a paycheck, make it home safely to be with their families, and who don't want to get taken out in the middle of the night. The people will wind up governing themselves rather than everyone.

Yes I remmeber the numerous videos from Project Veritas where federal employees were bragging on camera how they were quietly undermining president Trump. Lawfare deserves lawfare.

Pretty sure that’s a bot.

To bring the thread back on topic: the GOP is going to end democracy. That’s their plan. It’s not just Trump, it’s literally any Republican who might get the nomination and could win. The entire GOP is fascist. It’s been trending that way for years, but now it is here and they’re advertising it quite proudly.

That’s also not what the RNC is/does. You really don’t have a clue. Learn some stuff and then come back.

The Soviet Union and East Germany didn't collapse for 70 years, and look at what happened to Russia afterward. East Germany had the welcoming arms of West Germany to run into and even then, there was grumbling as West Germany assumed the responsibility for propping up the East.

China has brutally crushed all outward unrest for decades, most recently with Hong Kong.

He couldn’t sound more like Hitler if he tried with that “beautification” nonsense. As well as stealing money from private endowments and the “law and order” garbage that we all know would be targeted toward the people the GOP is currently obsessed with.

And how many Proud Boys do you there are? Not funny when some of them come back dead.

Yes I agree Trump is a disaster but I just find it hard to believe all this project 2025 stuff. Maybe some nut jobs are planning it but they won’t be able to execute it.

I am not sure why you think this is unrealistic.

The economy is the wildcard here. All this upheaval will spook the markets, which will lead to serious angst with the billionaire class.

The upheaval also makes it almost impossible for corporations to conduct business.

Sanctuary city doesn’t mean what you think it does. Figures.

Angst being the operative word. The billionaire class will just leave the rest of us behind while they wring all value out of the economy. If the first Trump term didn't jolt them into action I have to conclude that who is president really isn't of consequence to them.

+1

Why won’t they be able to execute it? Who will stop them?

Just like to point out that this *highly critical of Trump* article is from the WSJ. It's a LWNJ myth that the WSJ is pro-Trump. They are not.
