The criminal cases will put him in jail and the civil cases will put a hole in his pockets. ![]() |
Hope he has to pay every cent to his name. |
He will be held to account. |
“Trump cannot assert presidential immunity from a defamation lawsuit by writer E. Jean Carroll, who accused him of rape, the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan ruled on Wednesday, dealing the former U.S. president another legal setback.”

I love this for him. |
The 2nd Circuit has denied Trump’s bid to pause the E. Jean Carroll trial pending his immunity appeal. The trial is set to begin January 16th. |
He’s no one right now. He shouldn’t be skipping any trials. |
This is very true, especially when he asked so many trials to be delayed. |
Why does Trump think he has immunity from this when it was already decided that Bill Clinton didn’t? Sheesh man, take no for an answer. If you did you wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place.
“The federal appeals court in NY has *denied* Donald Trump's request for the full bench to hear his civil immunity appeal. This could be moving to SCOTUS imminently.” |
Republicans think they’re above the law. That’s what they mean by “law and order.” |
Imagine how Republicans' heads would have exploded if Clinton said "hey man you got nothin' - I have immunity because that BJ was in furtherance of my office because it's a great stress reliever" |
Maybe he should have. If they had well and truly exploded, it would have saved a lot of Republican traitors on down the line. |
