They are also disproportionately commiting assaults on police officers, murders, and hate crimes. |
Yes but the presence of drugs in his system was an allegation not yet proven. |

Have you watched the video? If not drugs, what explains his behavior and his crazy rants? |
DP: Look up FBI data, it's not even close. |
Medical back ground and various medical conditions could cause this … |
It depends on the drug. PCP clears the system quickly so if it’s showing, you were high recently. Marijuana stays in your system for a long tkme so a positive test does not necessarily mean you were recently high—there’s a lot of different factors that go into it. That’s one of the issues that makes legalization a little tricky — hard to prove if someone is driving impaired. |
+1 Look up FBI UCR data. Read it and weep. |
I'm not really understanding what this data is supposed to show. That POCs are more likely to be stopped by cops, more likely to be arrested, more likely to be convicted, and more likely to receive harsher and longer sentences? That officers are more likely to use force, rather than de-escalate situations that involve POCs? That folks tend to commit crimes against people that look like themselves? And these points don't even get into the issues with the data. The fact remains that this particular situation was not handled appropriately. The LAPD rushed to release the results of preliminary toxicology reports, while withholding seven minutes of footage. Even if Anderson had drugs in his system (which doesn't mean that he was high) he should not have died due to an interaction with the police. |
The facts don't support your agenda, so I can see why you disregard them. Take a wild guess why Asians rarely have violent encounters with the cops. |
More than half the responses in this thread appear to be from the same, really militant, person. |
