do you use services for renting out the home?

We are in richmond, so obx is close enough but i worry about erosion, global warming and hurricanes.

I know a number of retirees as well as folks who still work and (gasp!) happily live year-round in Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany and even Ocean City!

The locals I know uniformly agree that the area is much better off-season when the tourists stay away. May and September/October at the beach are gorgeous! April and early November can be surprisingly nice. Winter walks at the beach when it’s sunny are lovely.

Bethany, Lewes and Rehoboth have a small town feel and community activities. The best restaurants are open year round. The local churches are quite active.
