The Golden Bachelor

truthfully, I found them embarrassing as a woman doing less is more and especially when you get older and I don’t mean less clothes
Looks desperate

I watched with my adult kids and husbands, felt embarrassed to see boudoir pics and I def think husbands cringed.

The boudoir was cringe and unnecessary. I guess it was supposed to be empowering but not to me.

But my prediction is faith is next up- that’s why they asked her if she’d move.

She already said it's not her. And she's too hokey for many people's taste. She was so uncomfortable doing anything fun on the show that didn't involve a horse.

I didn't care for Faith at all. I found her an odd mixture of cold and desperate, and she's probably the most flat on camera of any of the women.

Yeah, I don't get the love for her.

I think Faith was very appealing to men. My family husbands loved her.

My issue with Kathy is she is constantly joking
People who do that are hiding who they really are. We got a peek who she really is. Just ask Theresa
I hope she is not the golden bachelorette.

I am here for pictures and you losers didn't post any!!

My husband didn't. The horses and camping were enough to put him off, but he also found her too much with the motorcycle and the singing.

She's very pick-me/"not like the other girls" with the whole "I drink from the hose and go barefoot" schtick, but somehow also kind of boring. The vibes were totally off for me.

I forgot about the motorcycle and singing. Yeah, the singing stuff was way too much. Too intense. Too try hard. I had totally forgotten about that. Still like her better than Leslie though. Remember Leslie's dancing on that stage at the talent show? Ugh. OMG. Worse than Faith.

I watched it today. Color me shocked, I was sort of dreading watching it. I was surprised by how much I liked it overall. Everyone seemed so supportive and happy and they really do seem in love. The group of women seem to sincerely like each other. Susan did a good job as officiant; she was better than many I've seen at weddings I've gone to.

I think this was a one-off. I don't think any subsequent seasons will be able to recreate the vibe. It was a novelty, unique and entertaining.

I thought the whole thing was heartwarming and the parts people call cringe I thought were hilarious, but then I've been watching since the first season.

She can wear whatever color she likes. I just don’t understand why such a cute lady opted to look like a giant marshmallow. That ensemble did nothing for her.

Of course she can. And the rest of the world can point out how ridiculous it is for a 70 YO woman who was married for 45 years and had two kids, to show up at her second wedding wearing virginal white and a veil. She looked ridiculous.

I thought it was even more cringe when she and Gerry were talking about being registered on Amazon and she was going on about "it's so exciting to think about all the new things we will buy together ..." Just, ugh.

Wearing white isn't a virgin thing.
