I was listening to club Kane, his Sunday night show and he was absolutely slurring his words. But I thought that show was pre recorded?

I did not hear the segment, but I am guessing that he may have been talking about his fake proposal and marriage to Alessia Cara at Jingle Ball in Tampa. He had joked about it their first day back on the air, and since he posted that pic on Twitter, it makes sense.

I didn't hear it either, but I think that's what it was. How....interesting..that 6 months ago he was crying on-air about his REAL divorce, and now he's joking/playing fake sad about "divorcing" a 19yr old singer. Seems classless to mock his real divorce.

Was in Tampa earlier today and Roses came on. I can't believe they put so much effort into that segment with the made up stories. Do they read scripts?

you need to listen the heyfrase podcast, sammy said his first job on radio was working with one of the prank station(not sure which one exactly) but they were paid to go along with watever their role was. so yes roses,skam for the millionth time r fake. my question is, is anyone creeped out that Kane (perter) is flirting with a 19 year old that could be her dad and joking about it?

Yes, Sammy mentions that he worked for United Stations (http://www.unitedstations.com/) before working for Hot 99.5. He said they paid him like $50 for a phone call and would send him a list of times to call in to stations and act. He said he usually portrayed a kid getting caught by his parents and needed to know what to do. The Kane bits are obviously fake and some are more well done than others. However, I think the afternoon ones usually with Toby or the ones early in the evening are much worse. The callers, at times, act like they don't know they called a radio station or don't know why they are on the air. This was a huge pet peeve of mine, only second to Toby traffic reports, when I would listen to 99.5 in the afternoons.

I don't think (and I could be wrong) that the word "vibrator" can be used on air (thanks FCC). Certain words (other than profanity of course) can't be used on air. I believe Don and Mike had to get creative with that word as well back in the day.
