JU came from the Boys side - and is the highest credentialed coach at the club.
CC keeps the 09s
MJ keeps the 08s

Per VRSC Instagram, MJ has 2013 (U13) and ED is assistant coach for U13 and U14. My guess is that ED also will be head coach for 2014 (U12).

As far as credentials go this is a very good coaching staff: UEFA Pro, UEFA Pro, UEFA A

Of course, coaches can't get you far if you can't recruit good players.

I also stated that they’re stalling and withholding the MLS tier 2 announcement. Why? Draw your own conclusions

It appears that MLSN/GA are establishing VRSC and TSJ as a feeder clubs for NVA. This is a very efficient way to structure the pathway from a competition and scouting perspective.

How do you figure that considering NVA is run by Loudoun people? Seems like they’ll just try to put as many Loudoun kids on NVA teams as they can. I don’t understand how Loudoun is allowed to keep running NVA if Loudoun is getting their own spots on top leagues.

NVA and LS cannot decide who is in charge. Very little communication between the two and to the parents. Very disorganized. I can see why so many ECNL players want to leave there.
