Sean “Diddy” Combs accused of gang rape of teen girl in new lawsuit

This trial is expected to go through early July. There is still a lot more to come. My understanding is that the prosecutors have to show a pattern of behavior, which will take time and numerous witnesses. Three other direct victims are expected to testify.

I don't think you are the only one who thinks this. I think you are unempathetic and lack an understanding of human psychology and emotional and physical abuse cycles and how all that impacts a person, which is definitely nice for you.

Whenever I see people defending the kink community, I think this is the other side of it. Maybe they are consenting adults. Or maybe they are people who have been groomed and have a lot of trauma that are caught in a cycle where they can’t meaningfully consent.

Diddy was an altar boy at an all boys Catholic school with a sex scandal in the 80s when he would’ve been a student.

I think he’s a victim as well but too macho to ever admit it[/quote

If you have ever watched a documentary on him you would hear the sex parties that went on in his childhood home talked about. His issues are definitely from childhood. Not making excuses.

What sex parties? He grew up in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in Harlem with a single mother who worked two jobs to put him in an all white all boys Catholic school in the Bronx/Westchester.

If anything, I think it was the absence of sex (he went to an all boys HS) and being not so good looking that drove him wild. Men that didn’t get any in their youth (Diddy, Harvey Weinstein) usually go insane with fame and riches and resent the pretty girls like Cassie because they know they never would’ve scored prior to their fame

Trafficking humans for sex is illegal PP. This is not about baby oil. He paid sex workers (illegal) to cross state lines (illegal) to perform sex acts. He threatened women with violence, accused of drugged them NOT always knowingly (illegal) and was viloent with women to scare/coerce (illegal) them into continuing to participate or he would show video of them having sex to their families.

The Justin Bieber issue is slightly different. He was a minor and potentially drugged and abused by Diddy's friends.

In college I personally witnessed female peers in that 18 to 22 year old range willing sleep with groups of male athletes and male fraternity brothers and random boys from our dorm halls. They were consenting young adults regularly having unprotected group sex. Most of them are married with kids and I assume their spouses have no clue what they did 25 years ago.

Honestly, after seeing that in college the Diddy details really don’t shock me at all. Diddy is an obvious lifelong homosexual who displaces self hate onto women.

Not to mention Cassie was upwards of 30 years old while this continued. If she's the key witness, this is a joke. It's all detestable and gross but what felony crimes is she detailing? I want him to go to prison because he's a monster but it almost seems like the fix is in if this is all the gov presents.

With Cassie, he paid large amounts to hire two male escorts to urinate into her mouth while Combs watched and masterbated.

There is nothing wrong with that, criminally, as they were all consenting adults. In most of the developed world, being an escort is not criminalized; why should it be here? Besides, what Diddy wanted them to do in front of him would not even be considered sexual by the average person. It’s not even unsafe since urine is sterile.

Hiring 2 male escorts is illegal, consent is not the issue with that. Whether you think it should be legal is irrelevant.

What is illegal about hiring 2 male escorts? I’m sure these escorts file taxes and have business cards and have an established supervisor/business owner to speak to. He didn’t pick them off the corner at 2am.

Threesomes and homosexuality are not illegal in the United States. Most women would not sleep with hundreds of male escorts to make a boyfriend happy.

Cassie admitted on the stand they lived in separate homes throughout the entire 10 year courtship and that when Diddy went MiA, wasn’t around or was with his kids, she would ask him for another freakoff party or call the escorts and sleep with them when he wasn’t around.

Diddy was not having freakoffs or even seeing Cassie on a daily basis. He went months without contacting her mostly when he was focused on his kids. Cassie admitted she was jealous of the relationship he had with Kim Porter, his kids mother and yearned to have kids as well but Diddy, a man with six kids, knew he did not want her to be a mother. He didn’t respect her. He would’ve never told J Lo or Kim Porter to sleep with escorts and get urinated on. He treated Cassie the way she allowed herself to get treated

Pretty darn gross...

Many people think keeping the lights on is pretty darn gross. But in Cassie’s case, the prosecution is doing a poor job of proving something criminal.

I do believe Combs coerced young people (possibly underage people) to submit to sex with him. And that was likely rape, in many cases; possibly statutory rape of minors.

It certainly seems to fit the pattern of all the many , many, disgusting sexual assaults Harvey Weinstein , and many other Hollywood producers, committed against young people just trying to get ahead in show business.

I wish this prosecution would collaborate with the team prosecuting Weinstein to develop a playbook against Hollywood and recording-industry types.

Hollywood and big-music are both putrid to the core; the vast majority of them belong not on award show stages or the big screen, but in prison for very long sentences.

You don’t seem very intelligent to not understand how Cassie’s testimony is relevant in showing Combs was the head of a racketeering conspiracy to sex traffick. Having a consensual orgy, not illegal, hiring escorts for the orgy, illegal. Is that plain enough for you to understand?

Do you consider porn illegal then? How are orgies sex trafficking?

These people traveled for a job and their job was to have sex with Cassie. They signed NDA’s, completed STD readings, there was ADVANcE knowledge of what and who they were going to do.

Sex trafficking requires coercion and there is no evidence of coercion.

The only evidence presented so far is the video tape of Diddy beating Cassie . That’s abuse and assault but that isn’t even what the charges are. The charges are federal charges under RICO for sex trafficking which is also ridiculous because RICO requires organized crime yet he’s solo in the lawsuit

How in the world is sex trafficking the same as paying someone for sex? Strippers and escorts work perfectly legal jobs.

Sex trafficking is human trafficking/sexual slavery - pimping someone out /forced sex as a moving enterprise (key word: moving enterprise). Women that are sex trafficked do not have their own luxury apartments in NY and LA and certainty aren’t able to enjoy time on another coast 6 hours away from their pimp . They are driven from van to van or house to house literally shackled by fear and without any finances to leave sometimes not even knowing where they are or who is sleeping with them. Cassie still had the escorts phone number, the escorting companies numbers, and had the ability to see her parents, her friends, and travel to and fro throughout the entire decade. That was not trafficking and it’s an insult to real victims for her to say it was

Diddy’s former bodyguard just called him another Epstein running a blackmail extortion operation. So where are the charges for that? Where are those videos?

All of this makes the defense look desperate. And they need to be careful about grilling Cassie too hard, the jury may view this unfavorably seeing that she due to deliver any day now.
