Talented at different things. Trump is a charismatic speaker. He used that talent to convince millions of people he was talented at governing. Jordan actually was incredibly talented at basketball.

Trump is cognitively nowhere near where he was in 2016. The best thing about his criminal trial for him was that it kept him off the speaking circuit. But that advantage is gone. So now we have him publicly pontificating on whether it’s more dangerous to jump near the battery or the shark.
