We do not. We fight back.

Not sure if we “allow” it as much as they lie, cheat, and steal their way to power.

It will be a true “but I didn’t think the leopards would eat my face!” moment.

Because too many (stupid) people subscribe to “they’re all bad/they’re both bad” propaganda about politics. Don’t let statements like this slide when you hear them. One party wants to take your rights away.

+1
Kavanaugh, Roberts and the middle finger to women who think women are people Amy all helped get W installed in office. He would never have been able to nominate two lying sack of crap justices had they not gotten their way, including one who helped pave the way for his own nom.

Trump had to rely on treason and a thousand other crimes to get installed without winning the popular vote. Yes blah blah blah I know we use the electoral college. That seditious traitor still got to nominate three lying sack of crap justices.

And now we know that Aleako was the source. Seems like there were more than a few Republican commenters here who felt the death penalty would be a fit punishment for leaking, but that was back when their propaganda told them it had to be a liberal clerk.

So not only do these people lie, cheat and steal, but women who have internalized the misogyny happily help it along.

I’m one of the people on here who always calls it out and boy are those middle of the readers angry when they’re faced with the truth.

Given Mississippi’s maternal death rate, I should say “a lot more dead women,” but maybe some White women will die and then they might care a little bit. But only if the White women are the right kind of White women.

I doubt it for Mississippi. They are a special kind of mule down there. What’s more likely is the unwanted, impoverished child of a single mom grows up to kill the governors daughter in a botched hold up or something. But they’ll never put the two together, because high-level thinking left that state 100 years ago.

Google says, already: Maternal mortality rates in the United States appear to have increased in the last 30 years. Mississippi's rate of maternal mortality of 22.1 per 100,000 live births is well above the national average of 17.47.

Oh I know. That’s why I said there will be a lot more dead women. Forced birthers just don’t care about dead babies or dead women so long as women are losing their rights.

And my point is that they are totally fine with all this, until one orphaned or unwanted product of these rules grows up after a lifetime of being abused in the foster care system and attacks their precious white rich babies. Although knowing Mississippi, I’m sure they will find a way to just make things worse for those kids. That’s the “culture of life” in the worst of the modern slave states for you.

This Mississippi family had to wait two weeks, travel 7 1/2 hours, and spend $2,000.

Best thing that could happen for the Dems is a nationwide ban on abortion created by a hack Trump judge. Bring it on.

And what of the women injured in the meantime, which could be years? Just force them to bear children they don’t want or can’t afford or aren’t sober to carry or will kill them? I hear what you’re saying on one level but this will maim and murder so many women and put so many more children into abusive or impoverished conditions.

It'll go to the 5th Circuit where the democrat's utter incompetency filing judicial vacancies will be on full display

Biden has filled judicial vacancies faster than any President since Kennedy. The Fifth Circuit is difficult since every Senator there is a Republican and his nominees can’t make it out of the evenly divided Judiciary Committee. This is why getting a real majority with Warnock is so important.

How nice of Biden and Schumer to observe norms. There was nothing preventing the committee from being majority democrat and there is no reason for Biden or Schumer to care about senatorial input. After what McConnell did with the Supreme Court, the Democrats should stop pretending that the old rules apply.

The membership of the committees needs to be equal by party, because the membership of the Senate is currently equal by party.
