easy pink or red food for Valentine's Day dinner?

I found one recipe for red cabbage & tofu with butternut squash, which I may wind up making. (It's at http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9B06E0D7133CF936A35751C0A9669D8B63&pagewanted=all ) But does anyone have any other suggestions?

Mix ricotta and marinara for pink sauce. My kids love it any time.

Gourmet for adults, or fun for kids? My family loved making breakfast for dinner. So one year on St Patrick's Day she actually made green waffles and green orange juice! You could do the same more easily with red or pink, I'm sure. Or, food coloring in homemade mashed potatoes.

Easiest obviously is any sort of pasta with red sauce. Serve it with pink milk (see weelicious.com today for a recipe). Strawberry ice cream for dessert.
