In his FB quote above he says he's still employed. Granted he doesn't say by whom, but the obvious and logical answer is iHeart.

I don’t see him being able to move to Florida, since the girls mother not only lives here but is remarried with another child.

(The "scheduled" part of one of his answer was in regards to the woman saying it was probably an IHM employee pre-scheduling this post. Basically accusing IHM of hijacking Kane's Facebook page for publicity to promote YMS (that is the link at the end of his post) because they know the fans are eager to hear from him.

He is so fired. To say he still works for Iheart is delusional. This is the erratic behavior people have talked about. The whole duplicate facebook post is weird. The whole, take time off to help girls with school work is crazy. Lose a multi year contract on a top radio show because you are having trouble with home schooling? The rumors must be true about his behavior or he would not be posting that on facebook.

He does not have primary custody, they have equal custody and part of their agreement is no parent can move without other parent's consent. Tampa dropped him anyway, and he has no family there. I doubt the courts would allow it either way if he just got fired for mental issues.
