To whom does he donate his salary? With very limited exceptions, charitable contributions are limited to 50% of your AGI. |
"The IRS doesn't treat me well. They treat me just like the Tea Party." - an actual quote |
No that's not what's happening at all. In real estate, you can take depreciation to *delay* the paying of tax, or to strategize your tax payments in years where you will have enough cashflow to cover the tax bill. You cannot escape paying taxes by taking depreciation. If a person makes $100 in real estate, he *will* pay taxes on that sooner or later. There is no escaping that, except for death. |
He has said, a few times. Vets, maybe, once? He seems to give $100k here, $200k there. |
I am not sure if it is one single entity, but department of health and human services is one I remember. |
Didn't we all already know he was a scam artist and not nearly as rich as he claimed? So really, this is the story of a rich guy dodging taxes while us saps in the middle class pay. What a shocker. Next you're going to tell me Bill Gates isn't a humanitarian, he's actually using his foundation and giving pledge "promise" to duck taxes and hoard over $100 billion dollars.

Of course! He wanted a new show and investments...basically CASH! |
Bullshit. He gives nothing. He steals from charities. |
| WEAK. LOSER. IN HOCK TO HIS DEBTORS. |
| Trump can put this all to rest by releasing his tax returns. Otherwise, we know the NYT is true and he is broke and in deep debt and fighting the IRS for an amount he cannot pay. |
He better not have a sack of cats! He is, however, a fetid lying sack of pus. |

He WAS broke when he began his presidency. He has enriched himself and his businesses greatly since January 2017. |
He says he donates his Presidential salary to various government agencies, and fact checkers seem to agree. https://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/promises/...r/promise/1341/take-no-salary/ |
