Actually I work at Inova hospital. I know the numbers. I also know exactly how many covid patients we have. Average stay is 24hrs, and I can count on one hand how many covid patients we have admitted right now. Its a very slow unit. We have been averaging about 30-35 positives a day which is a sharp decline from earlier October. Hospitalizations have remained a very slow trickle, not even daily. But feel free to tell me how it is😂 i can also point you to the numbers if you'd like. 😉 |
I'd love to take the word of some random person on the internet who claims to work at a hospital, but luckily everyone with a computer has access to the Loudoun County Department of Health website and can see the numbers themselves. Positivity rate has gone up. Early Fall it was hovering around 5%. Now it's about 8% and rising. But don't take my word. Agree! We had a good Halloween despite the gloom and doom predictions. My kids loved the individual Halloween themed treat bags. So glad we didn’t take Halloween away from our kids! F Fauci! |
That sucks - sorry |
Our neighborhood was great too. Decorated tables, ziplines, chutes, tong throws, candy on skewers in the front law. One neighbor had a chute from his second floor window. My kids declared it the best Halloween. Everyone was in masks and socially distant. So happy for the kids. It was the spark they needed and deserved. |
Or you could just go direct to the VDH? ![]() pic share |
