Nora Wendy Emily Hannah |
Margaret is not a “currently unused” name. It’s actually pretty popular. |
I think Wendy is the only name here not in fairly heavy use, especially among the white suburban crowd |
The only one of those that meets OPs requirements would be Wendy. From the social security most popular baby names in the US list (this is from 2018, the most recent year w data available): Audrey: #46 Nora: #30 Emily: #12 Hannah: #33 https://www.ssa.gov/cgi-bin/popularnames.cgi |

Yes, I know a few. It is a pretty name and we considered it (Indian family) but did not end up choosing it. "mira" is look in Spanish and if you go to any playground, there are literally 10 caregivers calling "mira" to their charges. Too confusing/ chaotic! |
Several children (2-5 range) and one adult. |
| Mira was our crazy 80 year old neighbor in our townhouse neighborhood that snooped in everyone’s windows. She came over to our car parked in front of our townhouse, and cupped her hands around her face and pressed her forehead to the backseat window. I opened the front door and asked her what she was doing. She said she was checking to see if the car seats were rear facing or forward facing. WTF. A real life Gladys Kravitz. |
Never, ever, Hillary. |
| Mira is a very common Indian name! |
Too bad you don’t like it It’s a great name |
