What’s the best thing you’ve learned on DCUM?

To keep your pump parts in the fridge between uses -- only wash once at the end of the day (or every few days). Game changing at work.

I’ve learned not to tell people I use the revlon dryer, as it would clearly put me as a DCUM follower!

This. That a lot of people here claim they make a ton of money. And they are very smug about it.

That when I transitioned from SAHM back to full time work, I should keep stuff as simple as possible instead of being my usual perfectionist self . Obvious, but I wouldn’t have done that from the start without the helpful nudge from DCUM.

I’ve only been on DCUM a few months, but 2 things already—Stridex red pads for so much more than acne, and the podcast “Weight Loss for Busy Physicians”. I have changed so much of my thinking about eating and am losing weight —slow but steady —even with the holidays.

Identifying that my DH has undiagnosed ADHD and so does his father, who may also have oppositional disorder. But on balance, DH ain't so bad compared to many in the Relationship forum.

The Japanese sunscreen from the Beauty forum.

I learned about 10 hour sunscreen here and it's saved my kids' skin.

Haven't been on here that long, but 95% sure it's this. It's the best! Caveat. If you are very dry, it does contain some alcohol.

Wow, 10 hour sunscreen? This would help so much with my DS at camp. Does it really work? Do you use it at pool/swimming and really not reapply? This would be a game changer. Hopefully the chemicals in it are safe.
