What's going on with FCBEscola NOVA?

Wow, I was just killing time here...So my son just left the top team at Loudoun and joined FCB. Too much emphasis on run and gun vs his strength with is technical. Most of you need a life because winning vs loosing at this age means NOTHING.

Do the European coach licenses differentiate between tactical and development? Someone was telling me they do but you know how that is...could be total BS.

The trainers look and act like the have no real experience. Is this their first time with young kids? Do they have the correct license to coach young kids? Do they have any experience?

Let’s not fool ourself, this is here to make $$. Doesn’t an investment group own or run it?

It's a legit program and of course it's here to make money. Trainers look and act like they have no real experience, sure bro, FCB would love idiots to represent their global brand.

Seriously? If you are going to troll you have to make it believable.

I have a very young player and all of the trainers are fantastic with him and his teammates. The kids love them.

Because I mean—they suck so bad that everyone is returning next year....

Do you think travel clubs are not trying to make $? At least FCB sets a player limit—they don’t keep adding more and more teams per age group. They even limit tryout numbers.

+1

I dont think calming will help with his multiple personality disorder.

Over the whole year at FCB i met maybe one or two parents as rabid about the club as all of the "parents" on here, amazing! The rest were realistic about the good and bad about the environment. But why let a bit of truth get in the way of a good story?

Wow you really just don’t get it. They LOOK like they have no experience? LOL what?!?!? They ACT like they have no experience? So what, should they be overcoaching and turning the players into robots? They are letting them play, the game is the best teacher you dummy. You don’t have the slightest clue about what goes on and how they develop players yet look at you “asking the important questions” like some internet super sleuth. Truly laughable.

The vast majority of the players are coming back. Why let the truth get in the way of your narrative?

Lets all take a moment and step back and just be real. The reason FCB is here is not to find the next Messi. its sole purpose to make money. Nothing wrong with that at all? ALL CLUBS operate to make a profit . FCB is just capitalizing on its worldwide popularity . striking while the iron is hot. No surprise they set up shop aka franchise in more affluent areas of the USA. It offers a new looking product to parents with deep pockets. if they really wanted to develop the talent they would set up in areas like southeast dc or Brooklyn NY. where the untouched talent is . Ive heard the FCB stories of my child was picked to go train with them in Spain for a week. Ding Ding another paid add on $$$profit$$$ . Its ok to love the program and its ok to not . the thing we all need to agree its no different then any other club in the USA. different styles for different parents. Are the kids over at Loudon going much farther in the sport than Arlington or Bethesda or Braddock road. or mclean same goes for FCB. just take it as it is another travel club no need to praise or bash it.

...and the same is true of many clubs in the DMZ, Mr FCB. why don't you tell us about your NCAA title again, or call us all lemmings. So entertaining!
