Bring a sociopath is inate, it's likely genetic, or in some cases because a child was deprived of love an affection. Sociopaths neevvery specific cognitive behavioral therapy. Soaking would not cure them.

I'm just imagining the legal waivers you'd need to get parents to sign to be allowed to hit their kids.
