Elizabeth Holmes, 30 year old self-made billionaire woman

Just watched the documentary last night. She seems to really like herself. I thought her behavior after she was exposed. Makes me wonder about the fate of all these startups. I can almost read the headlines ten years from now.

Ive read she now has "re done" her persona. I wish I could find the article. But it talks about how she has a new BF, a higher voice, and now wears workout clothes as her signature thing. She is a con artist.

She is delusional, at best - and yes, she has mental illness - she does not care if she is famous or infamous, she just wants it and has something to prove. This is more than needing to be right, this is needing to be right at ANY cost. Who in their right mind could be with someone like that?

Totally separate, I asked my HFA spouse if Elizabeth is possibly HFA, and my HFA spouse said MOST DEFINITELY.

Has anyone answered whys she does not ever blink and what happened with her eyes (beside obvious contacts and probably surgery)?

And yes, PPs - she definitely went to the men of a certain age for backing. No question. If I were them, I would be out for blood (pun intended, but you get my point).

She even made the Walgreens deal after she repeatedly failed to get the Edison/mini lab up and running/accurate. I get bloodwork every 6 months as ongoing oncology prevention and I can't imagine the pain and fear of a fake reoccurrence scare!!!!!!!

Or, worse, missing a reoccurrence!

Like she can get engaged within 6 months and I can't find a guy who has been employed full time for majority of his adult life and has good enough credit for his own lease. Wtf.

She can sell her story. She's famous. She's pretty. She's smart.

And she’s not engaged to some regular schmuck either, he’s some heir with tons of money.

She must be very charismatic in real life? What I’ve seen of her didn’t impress me too much.

He is 8 years younger than her, while her ex is a gazillion years older than her.

After all the bs about being driven to create the technology because her uncle’s cancer wasn’t detected in time. She didn’t care if she was personally responsible for the deaths of others due to this sham. She knew the device didn’t work when it was deployed in Arizona.

Another terribly vain side note. I found her body type very very strange and her mannerisms even stranger. She has off posture or something. Can't put my finger on it.

Reviver of this thread here. Yes, the hair was insanely distracting to me. It’s not just that it looked terrible— which it did— but it was mystifying to me as well. She crafted a very specific, meaningful wardrobe, and deliberately lowered her voice and avoided blinking. In every encounter! How could someone put that can’t of attention and energy into their physical presentation and ignore the worst hair I’ve ever seen? It doesn’t make sense to me. Her wardrobe was supposed to be sleek and no nonsense, so why would she not make her hair the same? It was totally “off-brand” for her. And if you look at her childhood photos, she was blond as a little girl. Her hair naturally darkened as she aged, but it shouldn’t take too much abuse highlight it blond as an adult, so why so dry? And it’s not like she went thoroughly platinum, either. The top layers are blonde but she kept her dark hair beneath. Again, the process to do that is not that harsh.

I just don’t get it.

Did you see her makeup? Her face looks like a mask, with heavy foundation and eye makeup. She does not do makeup or hair well.

I hope this thread has taught some people about the value of some healthy skepticism.
