National airport was renamed Reagan National as airport.

It has been named Reagan National for many years and everyone calls it National airport.

I have never heard it referred to as “national airport”, only “Reagan Airport”.

But I’m not a fossil, so that might be the problem here.

Maybe not a fossil, but definitely stupid.

Nobody normal calls it Reagan. People try to put that traumatic presidency behind them.

This kind of stuff-- Gulf of America, Greenland, Panama Canal--is probably just an effort to deflect attention from his Cabinet picks, or pehaps something else. "Lookie over there" is a game Trump is very good at playing.

Not even that strategic. He’s a narcissist and lives for attention. Like a toddler, he’s learned that saying outrageous things gets him that attention, and better yet drives liberals crazy. Best just to ignore him until he actually proposes a realistic policy (likely never).

I don’t think this is the case. He is extraordinarily simple snd has never had a remotely complex thought.

I think that’s exactly what he wants to do, and I think he will do it. All of it. Nobody will stop him. Nobody ever stops him.
