He wants to change the name of the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America and then talked about having to run washing machines 4 times to get things clean. After which he talked about whales dying off of Massachusetts because of wind turbines.

Whales ARE dying in disproportionate numbers in areas where offshore windmills are located or are being constructed. Something is causing this phenomenon. It needs to be investigated to determine what’s causing it. Whales are extremely sensitive to various types of low or high frequency noise and magnetic fields. Something is causing this and we need to find out what it is.

Just because Trump said it, doesn't mean it’s wrong.

gee, I wonder if the seas warming have anything to do with whales dying?

Most species of large whales are pelagic plankton-feeders, and the warming oceans have actually helped whale populations recover faster from being hunted in the 18th-20th centuries because warmer ocean waters allow faster growth rates and higher populations of planktonic organisms.

Sea life is disproportionately dying across the globe because of rising ocean temperatures. You interested in looking into that as well?

Yes. But I also want to know why whales are dying in greater numbers in places with offshore windmills than everywhere else.

Why don’t you want to know? That’s the question.

lol windmills! What are you milling out in the middle of the ocean ..wheat? You can’t even get the terminology right. Why do you think anyone should, believe you bullsh#t? What do you think happens when you do off shore drilling? You think that is good for the whales? Whales get run over by ships. I guess we should get ready for bans of shipping? Only oil and gas can be used to generate power because it is so good for the environment say the idiots.

MAGA and Trump are all about big government mandates, increasing regulations and tax increases. No free market here…we are maga!

Thank you! Facts don’t matter to Cultist Libs.

STFU.
1)Ship collisions are a leading cause of whale deaths, especially for the North Atlantic right whale.
2)Fishing gear: Whales can become entangled in fishing nets, lines, and tackle.
3)Plastic pollution: Flexible plastics like bags, sheets, and packaging can cause gut blockage in whales

Sure. But talk and investigation into things like sewage runoff, more environmentally friendly farming practices, reduction of plastics and non biodegradable substances, deforestation, trash, greenhouse emissions, and polar ice cap melting and drilling in the Arctic, well where do those fall on his priority list.

They are NOT. There is a consortium of energy companies, led by Koch Industries, that have created fake grass root organizations to say this because they are against wind energy.

You know what you sound just like? I mean EXACTLY like?

You sound like one of the resident “gun experts” here at DCUM that always has to chime in and correct everyone about whether or not some type of gun is a fully-semiautomatic-clipazine-whatever or not, and then chide everyone that they’re clearly not a gun expert since they don’t speak the secret terminology code words, and therefore their opinions are invalid since they used the wrong word.

That’s you. That’s who you are. You’re the environmentalist-equivalent of a guy with an AR15 telling everyone it’s a semiautomatic rifle and not an assault rifle because it isn’t fully automatic.

You are the same thing, except for windmills. Or wind turbines. Or whatever the hell you call them.

You are a windmill-nutter.

Why is he worried about whales? It would make his HHS nominee happy.

At the end did he shout, "Live from New York. It's Saturday Night Live!"

I love the washing machine advice.

He's not ruling out military force to take back Panama Canal or annexing Greenland. We aren't going to have a single European ally in six months.

It's the kind of crap tin-pot dictators do in order to keep the populace distracted and slathering. It reminds me of Argentina declaring the Falklands the Malvinas, and then deciding to go to war to liberate them.

Trump lied about renaming the Gulf of Mexico. He wants to rename of Gulf of Trump. Greenland will be renamed the 51st STATE OF TRUMP.

Ok. So how does that benefit me? I live in Ohio. What do I get out of this?

Pluto is no longer a planet. Did that benefit you? Things can change.

Well, my concern is the price of eggs. What is he doing about that?
