The hottest guy I ever dated was 5'3" but he had confidence and didn't post about woe is me on a mommy forum all day.
I love that my conversations with men (I assume men) on here about height go like this: Them: "Women never want to date short men." Me: "That's not true, I date short men all the time. I dated guys who were 5'3", 5'6"..." Them: "Well you're probably fat." Me: "I am not." Them: "Well, then why else would you date a short guy? Enjoy your manlet." ("Enjoy your manlet" is 100% a thing that has been said to me on here) Damned if we do, damned if we don't. Current bf is 5'10" but that's just not what I notice first. |

It's a balance. He has to be handsome. Being tall just doesnt cut it if they look like Ovechkin. The shortest guy I ever dated was literally movie star handsome. He looked very much like Jason Priestly and was 5 ft 6. He was a very solidly built 5 ft 6, but he was short. Women threw themsleves at him all the time.
Give me a pretty face, nice shoulders and a guy who is 5 ft 10 all day long. |

Men can make up for short height sometimes.
I'm 5'4" and DW is 5'7", piecing blue eyes, size 00, and earns about $130,000 as a government scientist with a Ph.D. from an Ivy. How did this happen? First I earn about 4 times more than her and I had to be rejected by a million other hot girls before DW would give me a chance. By contrast, no amount of money or personality would compel a man with options to get with a fat woman |
