Height height height

I'm a short woman, 5'0" and much prefer short guys (under 5'10 for sure) that are lean and athletic. Too tall makes me crank up my neck and it looks ridiculous. There are many hot, shorter guys!

Thhhhiiiiiissssssss. It’s not mathematically possible for all women to have take than average men.

I'm 5'10 (DH is 6'4", his dad and brothers are all 6'7" ish) and I tell my son he better not bring any short women home.

Wow, such a height snob.

Not about that. I would be upset if he didn't give a tall woman a tall husband. It's hard out there for us! All the short women want tall men, seems unfair.

Then I started paying attention in public in the elevators, at the store, at restaurants wow it's true not a lot of men taller than me

What are you trying to say?

He is saying that men over 5'11 are not as common as people say they want a 6'+ man. These men are not common.

+1 Look at Prince.

You have to have confidence and talent.

Right and the tall guy just has to be able to string together a complete sentence. Maybe not even that. (Queue the talk guy saying “Hey…”)

So all a short guy has to do is be a Grammy winning music superstar?

You know, get over it.

How often are you actually saying “Hey…” and getting rebuffed? There are a lot of women out there willing to overlook a lot of things. Men with all sorts of illnesses and deformities are meeting women and getting married. Im sorry you aren’t as tall as you want to be, but it’s really not that debilitating.

Height is of no value by itself. Most people don't marry a single trait, they marry a package.

You would be shocked how often I get asked to reach for things in the grocery store.

Women can now control for height the same way men do for age.

(It's a shame the dating apps don't let you filter by weight, but that's what photos are for).

The difference is that every 30 year old woman used to be 25. Short men were never tall men.

And a many fat women used to be svelte. Who cares what you used to be?

Women make up only 50% of the population.

But women influence nearly 100% of women’s preferences in men’s height (lesbians excluded obviously).

Women overwhelmingly prefer tall men. This is a women’s issue. Look in the mirror.
