Brave isn’t going to offer McLean much talent at the 2011 level. Maybe in other age groups. Vienna has some good players. McLean is a bit influx and I think it will take time to sort out. Better to go to VDA or Arlington.

Arlington and VDA play kickball. Better off at NVA.

Playing at NVA means we only get to play defense. No thanks.

They held their own for the most part (better outcome than the Finals, where Arl won 4-0). Would have been a different game if Bethesda was at full potential (with their starting strikers).

Interesting. How many times have the Bethesda 11s played Arlington? Have they ever won a match?

First time playing 11v11. Last time was during WAGS Fall 2022, 9v9, lost 0-2. Keep in mind, it’s now 11v11, with a bigger roster. Respect to Arlington 2011s, regardless, bc they’ve shown year after year, they are the best around the DMV. Definitely looking forward to seeing both teams play again.

All of these comments are so funny. Not really accurate for 2011 teams at all, not for Arlington, VDA or NVA. NVA plays a good soccer system, they try to connect yet come across as playing defense for some while VDA plays a physical soccer games with good athletes they have and Arlington plays combo of so many things I don't even know if they do have "style of play" really. Seem like they are adjusting formations still.
