Original plan was to name it after George Marshall, who lived nearby & is known as the architect of the “Marshall Plan.” But then JFD died while in office, so Ike decided to name it after him.

Can we please just focus instead on building the whole replacement for the decrepit C/D concourses. Phase 1 is being built now, but Phase 2 looks like 2035? Sooner please?

Quit renaming things. I don't like it when the liberals do it and I don't like it when Trump does it.

It is expensive and confusing to people. Few people think of the person being "honored."

And, renaming the schools has yet to improve the kids' education.

Maybe we should do it like the schools where we don’t name it after people but random locations or things.

South County International Airport
Virginia International Airport
Loudon View International Airport
Freedom International Airport
