50 year olds - how much retirement $ do you have saved?

A lot of doctors I know want to retire


Whereas a lot of law firm partners try to hang on doing as little work as possible for as long as possible.

It’s passed down from a relative. There was an extensive art collection but the most valuable art was auctioned off.

we both still have student loans - total $135k
African American first generation to "make it", neither of our parents owned a home, we are both first to go to college
