OMG OMG it's a scandalous 0.016% YOY increase that might even be as much as the margin of error! |
The county needs to create a special police division for bathroom enforcement! |
It’s not like there will be no bathrooms. Kids will still be able to go during lunch and between classes. This is no different than when I was in HS in the 70s. I have yet to hear a single kid complain - they’ve got it figured out. |
You have spent no time in an MCPS high school in recent years and have no idea what it’s like during transition periods. |
Actually I spend a lot of time in MCPS HSs and I do know. |
What kid is going to publicly complain about having bathroom issues? That would be almost as bad as the issue itself. |
? how many bathrooms are available in that nurse's office in a school of 2000+ kids? |
If the nurse’s office is at the other end of the school snd someone has an emergency, it’s liable to be too far. |
|
Wow.
The inmates are running the asylum there. |
So you’re an employee? |
You've got to be kidding me. All people do here is complain about dubious made-up issues. |
MCPS Special Bathroom Division |
You’re kidding, right? The politicians got rid of the police! They removed SROs, and the new model doesn’t give police the same ability to be proactive as the old one. If you want to blame someone, point your finger at the politicians. |
It seems like they're shaking down schools by not enforcing our laws unless they get the SRO dollars because right now schools appear to be lawless based on the claims in this thread. If only the police would do their job and police everywhere including schools. |
| These schools need to expel kids who break the rules. Plain and simple, if you're caught vaping at school or doing drugs then you should be expelled. Put this issue back on the parents. |
