I HATE DMV REAL ESTATE.

But you will love its real estate taxes. In Arlington the tax rate is $1.013 per $1,000 of assessed valuation. In Scarsdale, it is $3.45 per $1,000 of assessed valuation.

which goes to pay for those excellent schools and visibility better upkeep of roads and public space… I’ll take it!

New York metro area has terrible roads. I feel a lot safer driving on DMV’s well maintained roads than when I lived in New York and New Jersey.

I think families that live on the Hill and choose private are screwing their kids over, unless maybe they go to Gonzaga. That kind of commute, and the pressure cooker environments the kids commute to, is so toxic to kids' mental health.

I know nothing about Lyon Village, but hell no to Capitol Hill.

That's because it's not true. There aren't any 12k lots and AH doesn't even abut LV so that post doesn't make any sense. PP probably means LP.

And all three of those neighborhoods are great for kid stuff/tweens.

You are so, so wrong. I would love to post my property I sold to shut you up.

And between Pershing and 10th you go ahead and let your 10 year old ride a bike where there are hit and miss sidewalks.

So…Lyon Park. Just like I said.

Was it the lot on Highland? There is a 12k lot that sold 9 years ago. Funny you don’t know the name of your old neighborhood.
