Went from we hope Speaks picks up the phone to calling someone a loser? You mad. 😂 |
Prep's face-off guy and Gonzaga's attackman are also on the team. The GZ attacker must be recovered from his injury from the spring. |
I am bit surprised the Gonzaha attacker even made the UA All-Star Game. He missed 75% of the season. |
GZ attacker would have been the POY in DMV if he remained healthy. Go look at his highlights from when GZ beat Culver and McDonough—2 teams that ended up in top five nationally. |
A typical post from a Gonzaga boster... Except for the fact that he didn't remain healthy and knocked himself out for the season by attempting a dirty hit against a Heights player. The most dominant player in the DMV this area was the Prep fogo. |
Or the SJ goalie or the SJ attack or the SJ pole or the PVI mid or the Prep LSM or ..... |
Prep LSM confirmed leaving for his senior season to attend McDonogh - WTF is going over there |
Would have been locked down by the POY if he wouldn’t have knocked himself out for the season. |
Smart for him, McD plays better competition than Prep. Plus he can play with fellow Dukie |
I don't understand why one of the best players on Prep would transfer his senior season. Does the LSM also have a little brother on the team? If the move was based on friction with the coaching staff that could be an awkward situation for the younger brother. Did the younger brother transfer too? Is there another reason the LSM left Prep? |
I guess these kids are now aspiring to be future starts in the PLL and want to play together in HS ![]() |
Odd move. Leaving family, friends, and teammates senior year. Prediction: will regret this decision, maybe not now or in a year, but will regret it in the future. Life isn’t about lacrosse, it’s about the people and connections we have with them. |
Do you think academics may factor in? Maybe the school has better academic programs? I don't see them as owing anything to anyone. That's just silly. |
If it's not about lacrosse, it shouldn't affect anything, right? Friends will be friends, though they may compete on the field instead of being on the same squad. He's still the same person, etc, just going to a different school and playing on a different team. Hopefully, relationships are deeper than that. |
the MIAA has more strict league rules than the IAC - are you kidding me?
You can have young adults playing on IAC rosters these days. Kids turning 19 in September of their senior year of HS is a total joke. Case and point, look at Prep and Bullis for the upcoming senior. GP has a star attackman who has been in HS for 5 years. Bullis star attackman who has been in HS for 6 years. (you can't make this shit up people) |
