Trump claimed a negative COVID test today.

Regeneron noted the first time Trump boasted about having antigens, it's not actually clear what one should expect at this point after he took it.

And, this was from a rapid Abbott test, not a PCR.

And, he is heading to Florida, maskless, for a superspreader event.

If he's sharing info on negative tests, he needs to say when his last test before dagnosis was.

Btw does anybody know how FLOTUS is doing? Does anyone even care?

She must have moved out while everyone was watching Walter Reed. Trump and the White House haven't mentioned her in two weeks and she wasn't even there for the Evita balcony speech. No one even responded to the recordings of her Christmas and Stormy Daniels comments.

She seems well enough to do this: https://www.cnbc.com/2020/10/13/justice-department-sues-melania-trump-tell-all-book-author-.html

KEY POINTS
The Justice Department sued the author of a book about first lady Melania Trump, claiming the writer violated a nondisclosure agreement.
The lawsuit asks a judge to order the surrender of the profits from the book by Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady,” to a government trust.

So DOJ is running a civil claim on behalf of the first lady.

Brilliant.

I think she'll milk this as long as she can to keep from having to do any public appearances with her husband.

A government trust? Haha. Probably goes straight to Melania.

And the DOJ works for her now!?

So now that Trump survived COVID, he wants everyone else to get infected to achieve herd immunity. Never mind that we just confirmed someone who got infected for a second time.

Am I the only one who notices Trump looks as good as he has in a while. This whole incident makes you wonder if his unhealthy person can make it through than is it just his topnotch medical care that did it ...and look at Christie powering through it as well (another less than healthy specimen). Nationally, is better care bringing down the death rate? Not saying the 85 year olds should sit outside in a rose garden, or any garden without being fully masked, but i does make you wonder, why exactly are people still dying? Is it the most vulnerable and most elderly now?

Largely, yes.

We know a LOT more about the virus than we did in March.

The topnotch care they both got has so much to do with it though. They both got everything under the sun. Most Americans were told, "Go home and ride it out. Don't come back unless you can't breathe."
