Please show where there is any corruption or conflict of interest?

Because there isn't a single serious legal mind that agrees with you.

I guess you don't consider the legal minds on MSNBC serious.....

You are being disingenuous. Rosenberg said that before the hearing. Most TV attorneys now say there is no evidence. We will see, won’t we?

It says in the tweet that he said it at the RECESS of the hearing.
Are you saying that MSNBC is lying?
And, most TV attorneys are not saying that. Especially after today.

That recess was before Willis testified.

Yes, the MSNBC commentary posted here was broadcast after Wade’s testimony and before Willis’s.

Having a relationship with a subordinate wasn't the smartest thing in the world, but she doesn't seem to choose her partners all that well. People can be idiots in their personal lives and brilliant in their professional lives. It was stupid of her to enter into this relationship knowing it could be exposed later. But for a person who works as much as she does, likely the only place she could find a romantic partner was at work.

Given the number of vacations she has gone on in the past 2 years, the amount she works is in question.

Two five to ten day cruises, a trip through California wine country and a couple of day trips is a lot of vacation. Pity you that you think that’s a lot of time in two years.

I think that is from yesterday's testimony and If true, that is another potential criminal violation and ethical violation.

No it’s not. She used over 50k of her own money to finance her campaign. She is entitled to reimbursement

Yes, because all 50 year old white women run and tell their fathers who they are fracking. Therefore they expect others to do the same.

Yes, Fani killed it on the stand today but something stood out to me that I think needs more attention. Before she went into the amounts of cash she keeps on hand, at home etc. She said that after her divorce in 2011 or 2012, that she began keeping money at home. As a survivor of domestic abuse, that stood out to me. My first thought was ‘that’s her getaway money.’

My first husband controlled EVERYTHING. I didn’t have my own bank acct, didn’t have a car of my own and wasn’t ‘allowed’ to drive his. He took me to work and picked me up. I never went to a grocery store alone. I will never forget the day we got into an argument at Kinkos and he took off and left me to walk home. Took about 3.5 hrs in the blistering desert heat walking along the I-10 svc road. This was the early ‘90s, before everyone had a cell phone and Uber was available.

I don’t care how smart or successful you are, if you have ever been a victim of abuse—be it physical, verbal, mental or emotional—it stays with you. That vow you make to yourself to never rely on another again. Taking back, protecting and keeping your power. So I get Fani’s frustration and anger and being questioned the way she was. Having someone who has not walked in her shoes attempt to try and shame her.

Her reasons are nobody’s business, and I have no doubt that she kept a lot of her reasons to herself. They don’t deserve to know why, they are not entitled to the part of her that guides the choices she makes in regard to her finances. That’s hers. It belongs to her and I stand with her…

So true. And since there’s nothing wrong with keeping cash in your house, she shouldn’t have to share private details about her marriage to defend herself.

When you have to whip up absurd word vomit excuses for a 50 year old woman you’ve lost. This is a corrupt power drunk idiot and we can all see it clear as day. I only drink ‘goose. Good lord, she’s ratchet.

So in your world, it is a crime to keep a stash of cash in your own house?

The doomsday preppers stash plenty of cash and gold. Way, way more than this lady. Waaayyyy more

Costco sells gold bars. They cannot keep them in stock. The buyers aren’t all preppers either.

Liar. She earns a little of 200k as the DA.

They would have to start with their client

Anyone who denies that she clearly lied, could not respond to basic questions, acted inappropriately, and corrupted this prosecution is a mindless DNC cult partisan, no better than MAGA cult partisans.

Okay Vlad

So because you don't like Trump, you are going to go with she is telling the truth?

I would think if you didn't want Trump you would want the best attorneys prosecuting the case, not a DA who hires her inexperienced boyfriend with taxpayer money.

I am glad Fani looks like she's going to keep her job. She has done no wrong here: a workplace romance is not illegal, and she has not perjured herself or benefited inappropriately from money.

She's claiming workplace romance, that the relationship started recently after she hired him, and not her hiring someone she was sleeping with.

All those trips they took together before the relationship started? She reimbursed him! With cash she keeps around the house!

All these people on here are claiming to believe this.

The testimony was not that they weren’t in a romantic relationship when they took those trips.

This is a typical Trump strategy -- he's used it many, many times over the years. Obfuscate and distract, and drag things out as long as possible. They are good at digging up dirt on people -- Fanni should have done a little more research into Trump's tactics. This is a tried and true strategy. He repeats it because it works, and Fanni is his latest victim.

She shouldn't have had a relationship at work, period. But it wasn't a crime, no nepotism, no one's screaming sexual abuse here. It has nothing to do with the prosecution of Trump and his allies -- NOTHING.

Read it for what it is, and don't fall into the trap they set for you.

Let the trial begin!!!

Sure.
Problem is.... this was not Trump or HIS attorney that uncovered the affair and the unqualified hiring. It was a different defendant with a different attorney.
If you are going to go after people for "crimes" you better make sure your own house is clean.
