What gift did you get this year that is going in the "Re-Gift" pile?

mine-ugly hat-brown and cream- was probably a re-gift

Chocolates, soap, coffee mug (all from coworkers)
Anonymous
Fleece pullover that doesn't fit
Anonymous
hand cream used once that for some reason gave me a rash

sushi making kit

A fleece blanket

I already regifted a $50 Visa Card to our teenage sitter. I put a body wash & bubble bath set in the Goodwill box. It's not good enough to re-gift. The smell made my allergies go haywire.

Another stainless steel pasta pot. I got one last year and I already have a very nice one that belonged to my grandma that will last forever. I also got a jewelery tree thing that is totally not practical. I will give that to my niece who has a lot of costume jewelery.

A yucky smelling soap/lotion set that my clueless MIL got my very sensitive DS. He broke out just smelling them, lol.

Would love to re-gift the baskets and packages of processed "meat" (i.e. summer sausage), processed "cheese" food, random crackers, odd jellies and such. I know these two baskets probably cost $50-$70 each, but we don't really like them, they have a TON of packaging for a little tiny morsel, and the money would have been much better spent at a food pantry. How can we tell people not to send these to us?

Yes enough with the Bath and Body stuff. Does the giver not notice that I don't wear scented crap?

A Victoria's Secret body spray and lotion set that one of my students gave me (I'm a teacher, and yes, I'm on my break right now). Trouble is it smells so rank I don't know to whom I'd give it. It was sweet of the mother though.

PP here, actually I would never regift this, I guess the trash can will smell cheap this week.

My DH is in law enforcement, and every year his sister gives him something "cop" related. Last year he got a foot tall santa figure that was dressed as a cop. This year he got twelve cop ornaments. He has gotten cop bibles, wall hangings and bumper stickers. Funny thing is he is a undercover drug detective. He does not advertise his "cop" status!

Just to let you know, if you do not open these, food pantries will take them.

A snuggie. Actually a collegiate one (with my college's logo all over it). It's hideous and I will never ever use it. I think it's going in the give away pile.
