He doesn't have the ability to change taxes, so what exactly is your concern, other than, he has a last name that isn't common in the US?

Source, because what I have been able to find, JP continues to have the majority of their employees in the NYC area.

Business is down in Las Vegas- in large part because Canadians are not coming and everything is too expensive.
Other indicators of a bad economy:
Pet shelters are over full because people are giving up their pets because they can no longer afford them.

The threat to take tariff money and give it to the farmers is real. Red staters are not going to feel the impact of Trump's policies while they kill blue state infrastructure to pay for it.

And this is on top of bessent bailing out Argentina with 20 billion dollars that could have been used to bailout the American farmers.
