Snow day

I bet 200 pages.

This is absolutely ridiculous, it should have been a delay for tomorrow

Sorry pal....my street is still not plowed and I know we aren't the only ones.

Your street isn't going to get plowed at this point. We're beyond that.

Why can't they come through with some salt or sand? My theory is they somehow don't have any more readily available. Nothing else makes sense.

So how do we get busses down streets?

Reid is not my favorite but this is not her....she can't plow neighborhoods you sound foolish
I agree. This is not on FCPS. Vdot could not get streets cleared
That are major bus routes and major corners/intersections that are bus stops

Somebody is angry. Womp womp.

The question is why aren’t YOU angry at VDOT not doing their jobs?

We don’t , fool, that’s why you’re not going to
School tomorrow

Write or call VDOT. That’s the real issue. Don’t blame the messenger.

You wait until the temperature goes up and the ice melts.

FCPS is smart for doing this. VDOT failed at the neighborhood roads and sidewalks, so what will FCPS do about it? Get a lawsuit?

We know that you FOOL....go do your homework.

Also this is why infrastructure measures need to be funded to fund VDOT to be able to get work done.

Anonymous wrote:Fire Reid. This is stupidity at best and blaming VDOT is a copout. Nothing will change until next week.

I'm no fan of Reid but this is not on her. Some roads are still very bad and it's not reasonable to expect bus drivers to take busses full of kids on roads that are unsafe.

It’s not going up any time soon, so you’re suggesting we are closed all next week?
