"Can I give a little perspective? The LAST thing anyone wants who is going through a divorce is someone telling them to make it work, telling them to stay married. I totally get that people want people to stay together...don't you think that is what I wanted when I got married? This was not a light decision. In fact I am sure we fought our hardest, I can honestly say that the last two years Slim and are were amazing roommates, we were great teammates, but husband and wife...not so much. This has been a long time coming. So thank you for wanting it to work, but again if we've reached this decision, trust that we exhausted all other options and we are doing what is best for our family. Thank God we have such a huge level of respect for each other. Thank God we can co parent. Thank God we both want each other to be happy. Thank God the girls are so young. | Yesterday Danni was talking about how she got on Bridezillas and Marriage Boot Camp, then made a joke along the lines of "yeah... About that, you can see that worked". And laughed her ass off. She can make crappy joke about her divorce and act like she doesn't give a damn, yet cries victim on her Facebook. Don't try to get sympathy from listeners, then act like your marriage was a joke. Feel so bad for Slim. |

| Shout out to John yesterday for saying "people are asking you two for relationship advice, yet I'm the one always wrong?!?!". Danni has never been that silent on the show. You can tell Kane was pissed. |

Well, he has a point (kinda - but it was also kinda rude). On the same token, Kane and Danni were together much longer than he and Laura have been so far. What - he and Laura have been together like 2 years? Kane and Natasha have known each other and been together more than a decade.  I don't know about Danni and Slim or how long they were together, but baby MJ is older than 2, so still longer than John and Laura have been together.
It is rude of Danni to be joking about her soon-to-be-ex husband. "We respect each other but let me cop a joke!" It's probably just a defense mechanism for how miserable she really is, but come on. Rude. |

PP here to clarify: Kane and Danni were together WITH THEIR SPOUSES* longer than John and Laura have been. Wow I really messed that one up...heh! |

I don't think John was comparing his relationship to there's. Someone sent them an email asking for relationship advice and said in the email that John is always wrong and the email was only for Danni and Kane.

I would buy the defense mechanism idea if she did it only when the topic was brought up. She's the one who continually mentions her divorce and lack of appropriate adult relationships while cracking jokes. It's not a defense mechanism, it's a lack of respect and desperation for attention. |
