| Talk to any family that’s been through NL/MDDC and you”ll hear the same thing: a frustrating and disappointing experience. Hopefully things will change with the new coaches. |

I heard it predates the NL/MDDC project from this past year. Some things will never change as long as they keep the same coaches and parents. Maybe KCM and the new coaches can affect more positive change...or maybe not. Time will tell. |

She didn’t fully commit to the team and pretty much said “she will be around”. She is not the HC, it’s still MP which makes this situation even more odd.
Unless they get full buy-in from KCM, the team will fall drastically. |

They are doing second tryout Tuesday. Not sure how many spots are still available. |

Watching the parents and girls at tourneys, it didn’t seem toxic. Just kids and families making personal decisions based on program preference, commute, high school affiliations, whatever. |

| Same HC and the same commitment from KCM as they said this past year. Added 2 younger coaches to the roster and 3 coaches from last season are staff support. |

| Are there spots on MDDC? What are other clubs with roster spots? I have a friend who just found out they're moving here in the Fall from Connecticut and has a daughter who's going to be a Freshman at Whitman. |
