The picture wasn't taken in the fall - you can tell from the kids' teeth - look how Charlotte's have grown since Christmas

The picture was taken very recently and Kate's face from the 2016 Vogue cover (and hands?) were pasted on it.

Why won't she show her face?

Everything should be on the table with respect to negotiation. Force them to come to the table. Use the media to cause chaos and confusion - the more unstable he looks, especially without her, the more leverage she will have. The more she withholds her presence and assistance, the better off she’ll be.

I wish Catherine nothing but the best. I know she is doing 100% to heal, take care of her children and remain close as a family. The Queen only recently died, the family is still grieving. Charles is now sick and she rightly scheduled a medical procedure during a normally quiet time of the year.
