As a Republican who lives on Capitol Hill I can assure you that most of our kind don't live on the Hill.
Most live in Virginia. Few hold outs in NW. Most likely Spring Valley but we are everywhere. |

The only ward in which a Republican is currently running for Council is Ward 7. So, maybe they are all there.

The simple answer is that they don't. Republicans are less than 7% of the District. The ward with the most is ward 3, but even there it is less than 15% |
