Did anyone out there watch the reunion shows? Does anyone think Theresa has some kind of personality disorder? Everything was about her in her mind, even when it clearly was not about her.

I love that they never showed, nor did they mention at all anywhere, the huge brawl that the men got into in the DR with the off duty American cop. I guess Bravo must be being sued which is why they didn't show it, because I'm sure it was filmed and it would have been right in line with what they normally show.

Why would Bravo be sued? They aren't responsible for what the NJ crew of men do while on vacation. Just like the off duty cop was probably on vacation and thus the police station he worked for wouldn't be sued. No?

I like Teresa, I think she is who she is, and nothing changed but the angle of the show. It was gang up on Teresa time. She's my favorite NJHW.

Am I the only one that thinks Theresa is in love with her brother and that is the root of the tension between the families? I know they all described it as "putting him on a pedestal" but there seems to be more to it than that. They even laughed that her husband and brother could be brothers because they were the same height and build. Of course she is going to hate Melissa when she gets pushed to the side. They were even going to see if they had similar penises, but Joe Gorga said, "My sister needs to turn around". Weird.

From the PP's first link--I'm pretty sure I did read at some point that Bravo was being sued, and this kind of goes along with that:

I've thought Theresa was nuts ever since she flipped that table. It was just that Danielle was so insane, you didn't really see how crazy Theresa was. With Danielle gone, Theresa's crazy is just alllllll out there. Frankly, I found it hard to watch this season because Theresa was so utterly immune to logic/lacking in insight/self-absorbed. I'm not sure I'll be back for the 4th season. It's too much. There's never a real resolution with her and I walk away wishing I could report her to CPS because those two people should NOT be raising children.

Teresa is rough, uncouth, uneducated and loud. She thinks she will win an argument as long as she talks louder, talks more and is the most aggressive. She intimidates people so they shut up. She uses her children and never supervises them -- I thought Bravo went out of their weay this season to prove this point without coming out and saying it. It's pretty obvious Andy thinks she's an idiot -- along with her husband. How these two people have so much completely escapes me. And yes, I know you are going to say they are bankrupt, but they are still living in ginormous house and buying lots of stuff.

I found my impression of Melissa really changed during the reunion shows. I had been pretty iffy on her all season, but she handled herself well and didn't let Teresa drag her down. Personally I think she will leave her husband if her music career takes off. I think she's pretty tired of his family and his constant hardon.

Yes, the part of the reunion where they were talking about Gia's song was hard to watch. I thought it was great how Caroline and Kathy called her out on having Gia sing that sad song in front of all those people and for national tv. And Andy totally made fun of Teresa about some word (drawing a blank on it now) and how she pronounced it.

I agree that Melissa grew on me during the season. She definitely seemed less flakey and shallow by the end and way more mature than Teresa.
