Kane from Kaneshow divorcing and crying on air right now (PART TWO)

Rough summary of a call that's being played as part of "best of:"
Caller: he cheated on me while I was pregnant.
Kane: I hope you're not still with him.
Caller: ...well...actually....
Kane: ...well we don't judge, so we're happy if you're happy.

Sounded an awful lot like judgment.

I know shows have to take time off but let listeners know they are listening to repeats. This forum has opened my eyes to the shenanigans being played on the listeners. We are not "family" we never were it seems.

I stopped listening because I was starting to get annoyed with everyone on the show, including Kane. I knew things had gone way downhill when I couldn't stand him anymore, because I always defended him. I recently went back to see if my opinion had changed, and it just keeps getting worse. Too bad, they were one of the best shows, in my opinion. Now I love EITM. Miss STM, too. Running out of alternatives for when EITM is on commercials.

The Hey Frase podcast is actually a great substitute for The Kane Show. Now we just need to get her to do the show more than twice a week.

So I try to find other podcasts to listen to,and I just tried the elvis duran show just to start I started from sep and what do you know, they have phone taps aka kane scam. Im bout 99% sure, this same scam was done with the kane show, same lines and everything ( it was a scam about clogged toilet and having a long snake to deal with it). I know kane scam is fake, but r they that stupid(or do they think we r that stupid) to have the same prank coming from the same company? Do ppl who listen to both realize the similarities? I miss STM, and i agree i love sarahs podcast mostly because of Sammy but it is refreshing

She only has 9 of them out, bear in mind, they are taped at the DC Improv, could be an issue of when Sammy and her can use the location and maybe that is why it is not 5 days a week.

Idk, I like the phone taps better. Maybe because with phone taps you have like 10 different people doing them and with Kane Skam you have the same two people doing it. Just an opinion thou

I read somewhere, I think earlier in this conversation (not sure which page) that Kane is supposed to take over Elvis Duran's show when he retires.

Yeah I said that. One of my friends in the industry told me that rumor has it that Kane is suppose to take over for Elvis when he eventually retires. I don't know the hierarchy of East Coast top 40 morning shows in iHeart but I know Elvis is #1 and Kane Show is definitely up there as well. I'm pretty sure it's not any time soon thou.

I know someone mentioned earlier in the thread that Dec ratings don't "count," but it looks like 99.5's ratings went down in Dec. Not by a lot, but they had been holding steady for the last few months before this drop.
