Megyn Kelly is so awful

Lastly, Megyn Kelly of all people should not be calling other women out for getting plastic surgery. She looks good but she doesn't come by it honestly, so she shouldn't be throwing stones at glass plastic surgeons' offices.

Totally agree. The whole thing seemed gross. Just seems to be picking on a young actress. Can’t help but think Megyn is just really jealous? Otherwise, I just don’t get where the whole thing started from.

Not that this would be OK, but it would be one thing if she was picking on somebody who publicly and loudly denounces plastic surgery and is trying to sell supplements or skin care products to stay young and calling out that hypocrisy, but this actress is really kind of under the radar not even that famous? And doesn’t seem to have a skin care or wellness product line.

She bullies young women a lot (Naomi Osaka, also she legit hates Meghan Markle - who is like 40 so not young but you get my point - and once tweeted something about how she wanted to beat her up which was hysterical) but it’s usually when they do something Megyn deems annoying. Like the Naomi Osaka thing was because she took a mental health day which I disagreed with Megyn being incensed over that but it was in the news so it made sense that she would comment but like….I’ve never heard of Erin Moriarty before so I’m not sure why MK called her out by name.

Forgot that she's called Taylor Swift dumb multiple times in the last few months, one of those times was because Taylor went to a comedy show by a comedian who was pro-Palestine. I am very pro-Israel myself but I don't see how that comedian's political beliefs are Taylor's responsibility.

Except it wasn’t a comedy show that just happened to feature a Pro-Palestine comedian. It was a fundraiser for Gaza in the immediate aftermath of l the October 7 pogrom. Either Taylor Swift is really dumb or she was supporting Hamas after they raped and murdered innocent Israeli men and women. If you are pro-Israel, or just a supporter of women in general, you should be disgusted with Tay-tay. I am. And even though I’m no fan of Megyn, good on her for calling Taylor out on it.

I believe that Taylor Swift went to a comedy show, and the comedian then said that he was donating the proceeds to humanitarian relief in Gaza. It was advertised as a fundraiser. In the words to Taylor Swift, you need to calm down.

I don’t see anyone infantilizing Erin? I feel somewhat protective because I remember at 30 I was concerned over things that don’t concern me now especially in the looks department. Oh please, I was reading this thread for fun because I cannot stand Megyn. I had never even heard of this Erin until this thread. Every single poster referred to her as a “young actress,” so I assumed that Megyn had attacked some 18 year old ingenue.

For kicks I read the Daily Mail story on it. I was surprised to see a 30 year old not a young girl. (Yes, I see that she’s 29, but close enough.) Moreover, I was surprised that Megyn was totally on point. This Erin clearly had fake lips, a nose job, and her cheeks done/fat removal. I didn’t need to see the before picture, to see the work. It was that freaking obvious.

Then I read that Megyn wasn’t talking just talking about her specifically, (just used her as a example), but also about the general Hollywood push for fake everything, the Kim Kardashian thing that’s taken over. Lo and behold I agree with her on this one. I am so sick of that look.

Yes, Megyn has had work done, but it’s to try to look younger. It’s subtle and it’s not a total alteration of her face and features. I see a huge difference between maintenance and complete revision (usually for the worse). I am so tired of those duck lips and drawn cheeks.

As for Erin, she does look plastic. It’s not a good look for her. And she should probably thank Megyn for giving her all of this publicity. And not only is 29 not young, but after her terrible surgeries, she looks even older. Bad idea.
